Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original GORAL box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing them in a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
